Shipping & Returns

In-store/curb-side pickup is available at no extra charge during store hours. Orders are usually ready to be picked up in 24 hours or less. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Shipping to Canada is free on orders over $50 CAD. This total must be before tax and after applying discounts/coupons. Otherwise a flat rate of $12.98 CAD will apply.

Shipment is via Canada Post and usually takes 5-7 business days depending on location. A tracking number will be provided.

Shipping to USA is free on orders over $90 CAD. This total must be before tax and after applying discounts/coupons. Otherwise a flat rate of $25.00 CAD will apply.

Shipment is via Canada Post and usually takes up to 14 business days depending on location. A tracking number will be provided.

Important: The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and carrier-related fees. DooMode does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery

Unfortunately we do not currently ship to countries other than Canada and the United States (USA).

Items that do not qualify for a return include items received by mail, items 30 days after purchase and/or items not in their original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
 
In-Store Pickup Orders
Returns are only available for items picked up in-store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All eligible items (excluding gift cards) unless otherwise specified may be returned within 30 days from purchase. A return will require a valid proof of purchase (such as an emailed receipt or order confirmation). 
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
 
Shipped orders
Shipped orders are final sale. If there are problems with your shipped order, please contact us.
